This thread was made to answer and list rules about Pokémon Rescue/Exploration Teams.
You must read and abide to all rules bellow before posting a thread about your exploration team.
Pokémon Rescue/Exploration Teams are, technically, sub-groups within the RP. While the creation of guilds is limited due to their importance to the plot and general behavior of the group, teams are less strict and can be created by anyone!
So, how do teams operate and how they work?
Well, first of, it's important to note that:
1 - Teams are based, and thus limited to Pokémon from the Mystery dungeon world.
This means that CORE pokémon wouldn't be able without a reason to create a Team. But do not fret! If you are a CORE pokémon and want to create an in-rp group, you can check it here.
2 - There are two types of classification to rescue/exploration teams:
I - Independent/emancipated teams (0/3)
II - Afilliated teams (Unlimited)
Independent teams, as the name already says, are teams that travel independently and make their own rules. Since the Mystery Dungeon world is a menancing world, there are only a few Independent teams as only pokémon strong enough can survive on their own without help from a guild. Emancipated is an alternative title for Independent teams that used to be affiliated to a guild but graduated. Independent guilds are not able to get Guild-Exclusive Missions, however Emancipated teams MAY be able to work with their previous guild, though this may depends on their reputation with their former guildmates. There is a limit to Independent teams since they normaly are rare in the Mystery dungeon world and are earned.
Afilliated teams are teams that works within an existing guild, which means they are a subgroup within another bigger group. Different from independent teams, Afilliateds aren't as self-reliant as they are, and thus depends on their guild to sustain and provide opportunity. This means Afilliated teams earn way less than independent teams since they need to pay tributes to their guildmasters, but in return, they are recompensated with food, sleep, training, protection and opportunity. Normally most teams start as afilliateds and later may decide to graduate and become independent. Afilliates may also partake in Guild-Exclusive Missions.
3 - A Team may be a Rescue Team, A Justice Team or a Exploration Team.
While any team can join in a mission with any objective, not all missions are easily done by your average team. Some of the most dangerous and specific teams call for dedicated teams and specially trained pokémon!
All teams starts with the III ranking, and grow up as they gain reputation.
Rescue Teams are teams which dedicated their teamwork in rescuing pokémon from the most dangerous places of the world. These pokémon must be brave enough to risk their lives in dangerous ruins, dungeons and the most menancing of the places with the objective of rescuing a endagered civillian. Rescue teams should also be speciallized in medicating and treating the wounds of fallen pokémon who need help.
The reputation of a Rescue team depends on their success in rescuing, saving lives and their members's ranking.
Justice Teams, however, partake in a more aggressive path and are trained to pursuit and take down criminals from the Mystery world. It shouldn't matter where, who, or how: these pokémon doesn't care about taking a beating to apprehend even the most intimidating scoundrel. Dealing with thiefs, bandit, assassins, kidnappers or 'overlord-of-destructions' are their speciality and that's why Justice Teams are speciallized in combat.
The reputation of a Justice Team depends on their success in apprehending criminals, providing justice and their members's ranking.
Exploration Teams are the most rounded teams that there are. While a pokémon team may decide to partake in the benevolent and pacifist rescue path, or the aggressive and powerful Justice path; others may decide they do not want to stress rescuing or apprehending pokémon and just explore new lands instead! An Explorer devout their life seeking treasure in unknown lands and uncharted territories, and are speciallized in surviving! That's why Explorers must know both healing and combat abillities to some extent.
The reputation of a Exploration Team depends on their survivability, record of explorations, their resulting discoveries and their member's ranking.
But of course, not all pokémon partake in teams and may choose to be a lone explorer.
NOTE: A Guildmaster can only join other pokémon's teams temporarily and ONLY if neccessary, because the Guildmaster's code does not allow them to partake in other groups as a way to not favour a specific team.
However, A Guildmaster is allowed to form a Team with their assistant.
So, How to create a Team?
Simple. Just create a Thread inside one of the sub-boards to your corresponding guild.
(For example, if your team belongs to the Pure Hope team, you must post your team in the Pure Hope Teams Sub-Board.)
